Formosa supplier data maintaining steps:

1. Insert member account, e-mail address and password
   
   
2. update Formosa supplier information form(If you would like to update product supply, please contact with Formosa Procurement Division. Phone number: 886-2-27122211 ext:8565 Miss Shi)
   
   
3. After finishing the form, if you updated company name ,company registered date, chairman, company founded address , you will get a mail, please print it out and send it to us by post for confirmation. If you update any other information, you have finished update online.
